Sarah Jessica Parker’s Sex and the City 2 character Carrie Bradshaw was unbelievably voted as the series’ least sexy female. Parker’s character has been slighted by the growing Sex and the City fan-base at the Poll that was conducted by the Pincer Vodka to mark the forthcoming Sex and the City 2 movie.
The surprising winner was Kristin Davis’ Charlotte York who is a conservative art dealer and a Smith College graduate with a Connecticut blue-blooded upbringing. Though the most naïve, conservative and traditional amongst the group, Davi’s character has been known to make indulgences that surprises even her sexually driven girlfriends. With that kind of character it made the fans root for Park Avenue Pollyanna (a nickname given by Carrie Bradshaw in series’ narrations), to make her the sexiest Sex and the City show character.
The second place winner was Kim Catrall’s promiscuous man-devouring Samantha Jones. Arguably considered the sexiest of the four single friends as the series try-sexual who’ll try anything, at least once was voted by the fans slightly below Davi’s character. Making at the third place was Cynthia Nixon’s redhead lawyer Miranda Hobbes who is Carrie Bradshaw’s best friend, confidante and voice of reason.
Whatever the reason the Sex and City fans have by making Carrie Bradshaw at the bottom of the four close friends is their own free picking. Pincer Vodka CEO Jonathan Engels said, “We were stunned with the outcome of the poll and we suspect Sarah Jessica Parker might need more than one Cosmopolitan to drown her sorrows.”
Maybe Carrie’s penchant for expensive fashion or an on-again, off-again Marlboro Lights smoking or too much cocktail drinking especially Carrie’s favorite Cosmopolitan is not sexy in the view of the Sex and City fans that throws her at the bottom. Whatever that is, it’s really in the point of view of the fans.
