It’s a fight of dignity and honor between those fearsome gladiators in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena while father and son had silent war in between.
They’ve got the curves, the body of a bull and unmeasured strengths which serve as their key to win the battle held at the four walls of modern arena. But it doesn’t end with like that because gladiators have to face their lives outside the arena also where dangers lay ahead and everybody are enemies. Last week, the 3rdepisode conquered the crowed wherein Batiatus was stunned by the return of his father which puts his attempts to gain rank by exploiting those above his class at risk. Batiatus plans were all ruined by his father’s return and to make things shoddier for him, older Batiatus decided to stay. Now he got new business to deal than stopping those gladiators punching each other.
As the 4th episode approaches, Batiatus true color is about to reveal while his wife Lucretia has nothing to say but yes. To add more in Spartacus Gods of the Arena Episode 4 (Beneath the Mask), The House of Batiatus is caught in the power struggle between the younger and elder Batiatus. Lucretia reluctantly agrees to her husband’s risky plan while Gannicus finds himself on unstable ground.
