The karate kid 2010
Watch The Karate Kid Online which is an upcoming 2010 martial arts film remake of the 1984 film of the same name. Harald Zwart directed this brand new karate kid movie that stars Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan. The Karate Kid will be set for release in big screens in the United States on June 11, 2010.
The story displays many similarities to the original Karate Kid film, but of course with some notable differences. The twelve year old Dre Parker,plyed by Jaden Smith, is the most popular kid in Detroit until he and his separates mother (Taraji P. Henson) move because of a crucial career change made by his mother.
In Beijing as their new home, Parker falls for a young school student named Mei Ying. Both children find it hard to form a solid friendship with each other because of their cultural differences and because Ying’s father does not approve of their relationship. To make matters worse, this attraction makes him the enemy of the infamous bully leader, Cheng, who gives Dre the nickname of “The Karate Kid” due to his severely limited knowledge of Karate.
With this continuously happening, Mr Han, played by Jackie Chan, the miserable life of Parker changed after dealing with the bullies’ kung-fu master that if they let Dre train they can fight him in the upcoming tournament. An eccentric mentor and a martial arts master in secret, Mr. Han teaches Parker the art in an unconventional yet effective way.

Despite of the criticisms of the karate kid 2010 movie,it was indeed a very good film that the fans can’t hardly wait to watch.
The debated title whether it will be “karate kid or Kung fu Kid” But the director explained that the kid know little karate but later on he was thought real kung fu.
